Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 September 2026

These terms govern your use of vocalise.com.au (the "Site"), operated by Vocalise Digital ("Vocalise", "we", "us"). By browsing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

These terms cover the website only. Any actual client project is governed by the separate proposal, statement of work or agreement signed for that engagement, not by this page.

Purpose of the site

This Site is provided to share information about Vocalise's services, showcase past work, and let prospective clients get in touch. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, quote or guarantee of results for any specific project; commercial terms are only agreed in writing, separately, for each engagement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the content on this Site, including text, design, layout and the Vocalise name and logo, is owned by Vocalise or used with permission. Case study content describes work delivered for named clients and remains subject to those clients' own trademarks and rights. You may view and share pages of this Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, copy or repurpose the Site's content for commercial use without our written permission.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law.
  • Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems.
  • Don't scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content from the Site without permission.
  • Don't use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party services (including our social media profiles and the form-processing service used by our contact form). We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those third-party sites, and linking to them doesn't imply endorsement of everything they publish.

No warranty

We keep the Site's content up to date where we reasonably can, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Case studies and results described on the Site reflect outcomes for specific past clients and aren't a guarantee of similar results for any other business.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocalise isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site, including any reliance placed on its content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
